Summary Description of Position
To safely manage and supervise the fabrication, installation and maintenance of new plant and existing plant modifications. Assist by providing coordination, direction and problem resolution for daily operations of new plant. Provide good work flow with construction projects. Schedule employees and vendors for completion of projects. Establish schedules and assist monitoring jobsites focusing on efficiencies. Understanding of accounting process. Coordinate with team members.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Coordinate schedules and manpower of each group, fabrication, erection, electrical and water system on capital projects
2. Work with engineering to design the most cost effective modifications to existing plants
3. Communicate effectively with Project Manager during planning, erection, and start-up during projects
4. Promote full compliance of safety program and leadership
Education, Experience, Skills Require
Education:
College or technical school education related to construction trades
Experience:
Experience with trade skills, welding and equipment operation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Provide good leadership and good planning skills
Maintain a good working relationship with Plant Manager and Administrative Personnel
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong organizational skills are needed
Proficient in excel, word, and power point
Must be self-motivated and have ability to work with minimal or no direct supervision
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
