Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for problem resolution, audits and or corrective action to improve internal quality and supply chain performance and will provide technical support to the organization by resolving product or process issues cross functionally.
Review of documentation to ensure it contains the necessary quality assurance and customer provisions and criteria.
Serve as an issue resolution focal point that works with cross functionally to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.
Expedite problem resolution to ensure all issues are quickly and robustly managed with minimum disruption to GEODynamics and internal and external customers.
Apply quality improvement tools to problems to maximize the learning and improvement opportunity from all problems.
To resolve technical issues through knowledge of; customer specifications, requirements, and GEODynamics processes.
To verify corrective actions (at source whenever possible) to confirm robust fix and compliance to process.
Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
Lead the practices of safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEO-specific Health and Safety expectation
Requirements:
Associates degree in related field or combination or education and experience
Lead auditor qualified or Six Sigma accreditation preferred
4 - 6 years of experience working in quality management in a manufacturing environment
Some experience in problem resolution and root cause analysis
Basic to Intermediate computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication, strong presentation, planning, problem solving, organizational, and project skills.
Ability to interface with personnel across all levels of the businessEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
